To get high quality prints or embroidery, it is important to follow some guidelines for print files. Here are some key aspects:

• Resolution : Images should be 150-300 DPI quality to ensure a sharp print. For large items, such as a blanket, 300 DPI is recommended.

• Image size: refers to the space that the image occupies on a disk or drive and is measured in bytes. For example, the maximum file size of an image that we can upload to our Design Maker is 200 MB.

• Colors : Use RGB color profile for print-accurate rendering.

• Accepted print file formats : PNG, JPEG and PDF files. PNG format is preferred for images with transparent backgrounds.

• Accepted embroidery file formats: EPS, PDF. We recommend submitting your embroidery designs as vector files (EPS or PDF). Raster graphics (PNG) can also be used if the resolution of the graphics is at least 300 DPI.
